I agree.... Considering Fable was talking about Sully not going home till then. Under your scars says what home is.... Everything about her is home. Those songs go together so well.

This song makes me think of my best friend since I was 14, who passed away unexpectedly at 37, 6 yrs ago. Life hasn't been the same since he died. His loss has been the greatest pain of my life! RIP Ken! I love & miss you so much!

I finally found someone that did a reaction to this song. Your reaction was so honest and your description of the lyrics was something I've never thought of. This has been one of my favorite songs over the last few years. You really should check other songs from Sully Erna and also his band Godsmack. He is such a talented musician/lyricist and I don't think he gets enough recognition for his talents. Thanks for the great reaction!

If you noticed, in the piano solo, he incorporated the theme from "Love Story" which is about a couple from 2 different financial backgrounds, that fought against the prejudice to be together. When everything came together, the woman gets cancer and dies.

Oh this hit different. I never heard of them before but amazing track.

For some reason, this also reminds me of music in the movie The Last of the Mohicans, but I can't be completely sure because its been nearly 30 years since I saw that movie.

Don't ask my why but when you mentioned Bryan Adams feels I actually was hit with Metallica Turn the Page feels, on a much softer note. I guess that's also because Metallica's propensity to use orchestral arrangements as well, plus his voice is close too.
