Some context for Toji killing himself was due to the fact that over the brief moment he recognised Megumi he was able to regain consciousness again (as seen by his eye colour returning to normal) but he knew it’d only be temporary so he knew he’d become a threat to Megumi if he was kept alive.

All we know is that the Gojo Clan didn't came to be until Sugawara no Michizane. Sukuna also doesn't know about the Six Eyes nor the Limitless technique so there is no Gojo Clan during his time.

Just one thing I wanted to mention at 17:42 when you mention that Sukuna was trying to be nice to a fellow curse, Sukuna isn't a cursed spirit, he was a human sorcerer from the Heian era before he ended up with his four arms that were mentioned in season 1, also this isn't a spoiler because is not in the manga either but the author confirms that Sukuna was called the King of Curses back when he was still fully human

It probably has something to do with Sukuna saying that curses nor humans actually understand what a curse is in season 1. It’ll likely be explained fully later on why he can switch from human form to cursed spirit form

But sukuna and gojo are thé two strongest characters in history, so gojo calling him weak is right cuz in comparison to him, jogo is in fact weak, but sukuna’s also right cuz jogo is strong generally speaking, just not compared to sukuna or gojo. Also, fake geto is also old af, I’m not gonna say how old just in case you’re anime only and I don’t wanna spoil for you, old age doesn’t equal to being stronger, just more knowledgeable, since fake geto is old af but weak compared to gojo as well

[Regarding Sukuna fingers] It was only said that Sukuna being sealed into objects was his own decision to avoid death (of natural causes). It was not said who did that and do not Google it as its a spoiler.

Your last theory tho about Megumi that was a good one i give you props to that

If you think this is pathetic that Megumi is summoning his trump card against the blonde dude, just remember he attempted to use it against far less in season 1. Notice how many times he was about to use it on literally anything that stood in his way.

Just like Gojo said at last season, the choice megumi chooses always end up sacrifing himself in the process. "Dying to win and risking death to win are two completely different things". If they already exist than probably no, since curses seem to be self-sustaining, however, they probably wouldn't be able to get any stronger and if all humans died then curses probably wouldn't be born or be reborn anymore.

I won't spoil anything but the next episode is going to be even more fun. and we are going to see why Sukuna is called the king of curses. Also, Toji killed himself because he wanted to save megumi from himself. The Séance technique, made him act on his instincts to kill the strong ones. And that is the reason he was kinda in a trance when fighting Dagon. But remembering megumi he could control himself for a bit so he killed himself before feral Toji took over. Black eye Toji= feral Toji. White eye Toji= rational Toji. Spoiler ahead:---- The thing we saw at the end is Divine General Mahoraga. He is The trump card of the Ten shadows technique. And Megumi does use it on Haruta of all people. No ten shadows user could ever control Mahoraga Despite that a ten shadow user drew a Limitless + Six Eyes user (Probably using a exorcism ritual). Megumi here has performed an exorcism ritual where he and another person is locked in combat against each other. unless one side perishes. So Megumi sacrifices himself to kill Haruta here. The goal of a exorcism ritual is to tame the shikigami. Meaning if megumi and Haruta wins Megumi will then have control over mahoraga. However, they won't.

im having trouble and uncertain how Toji recognized it is his son, is it because it is what it is? or Toji remembered that the sword Megumi summoned is his, if that logic will apply, shouldnt he realized it sooner as soon as Megumi started using Shadow techniques?

Just go and re-watch season 1 ep 2,.when gojo was introducing sukuna. Gojo clearly said,.SUKUNA never lost, every single jujutsu sorcerer(most like from major 3 clans as well), fought him but were defeated. And hence he gained the title of Ryoumen Sukuna. The strongest sorcerer of the golden age of jujutsu.

toji offing himself is pretty simple. that glimpse of gaining control is just temporary. he knows that once he loses that consciousness, he will go back to killing everyone.

The next strongest after gojo for the good guys are special grade yuta and yuki(the special grade blonde lady who talked to geto in the flashback arc), those two are nowhere near gojo but those two can easily defeat jogo, mahito, dagon and hanami, it's just that they're not currently in Shibuya right now

I would love a fight between Toji against a curse spirit at his level, but I think if a curse could fight at this level, they would be able to use Domain Expansion, without interferences, that would be Toji's downfall anyway :(

I think every reactor still miss the fact that Jogo being equivalent to 8-9 sukuna finger is a huge deal. Normally a special grade is mostly equal to one finger or even less as we have seen in previous season. So Jogo is almost 8-10 times powerful than those special grades.

We don't actually know if he died from old age. I'm fairly confident it would eventually be revealed his "death" had something to do with Brain Geto. But yeah, Sukuna was never defeated, which is something some assume. He didn't die in combat.
