As a professional dancer this is trash

I cannot even survive 3 minutes of this type of physical exertion. You must be in extremely good physical shape. Damn.

unfortunately yes...the "male industrial" is more aggresive with more lag moves while the "female industrial" looks more smothy and aestethic ^^

just realized that industrial dancing is like reverse river dancing, in river dancing the legs go at 100 mph and the arms aren't doing much but in industrial dancing it is just the opposite.

I miss dancing at the club aka "stompy-stomp". People are mentioning it as "workout" and I never even considered that. We dance like this for hours, taking some breaks in between. How it's done: yes, being in good shape, atmosphere, and, most importantly, alcohol. ;) Also, for the bad reviews. Trust me, it looks a lot better at night and is also really fun.

so, ive been watching your video over and over and i think i might borrow some of your arm movements. Idk why but when i dance i seem to just move around too much and have no "structure", if that makes sense. haha i love how you dance. hopefully with practice i can get my own style down. Ich erinnere mich noch an den Moment als du in meine Tanzgruppe getreten bist und ich einige Zeit später gepeilt hab, dass du der Grund bist warum ich mit dem Tanzen angefangen habe, weil dies das erste Industrial Tanzvideo war welches ich gesehen habe.
