Hello Anoma! It's just lovely to see a family working together as a team. What type of tree was that being planted? Your sugar buns look so light, soft and delicious! I can see endless possibilities on what you could put on them before rolling them up. Like, classic cinnamon and sugar or a fruit jam would be awesome as well...yum. : ) You make it look so easy, especially how you set up the make shift oven with just a pot and lid with hot coals on top. This bun, that's the way we make it's traditional way to, so we call it Kimbula banis(crocodile buns) there is another bun we use to make almost flattering and in it jam ,call jam pass.
