I haven’t been able to watch dharma talks for a while because the crowded meditation hall and references to the pandemic in the past tense cause so much grief. Covid isn't a cold or flu, it's a serious vascular disease the damages the bodies major systems and organs. But I've missed the spiritual nourishment from the Dharma talks, so have decided to include a plea for plum village to install air filtration in its facilities to protect monastics and guests. Thank you for this talk and for this beloved community.

I prefer a world without narcissists, sociopaths, psychopaths and dark triads. Though, this is unrealistic as they procreate. 😔
