Exactly. But jury and public prefered stupid song and a vulgar group like Croatia. They take the place of a good song 😑. sad.

I've never felt too sad with a NQ. I've never cried and had goosebumps with an eurovision song until this came out. Sudden lights won't be in the Final, but I'm pretty sure they will always be in my heart. Thanks for this, guys.

Every year I watch Eurovision hoping to find at least one song that touches my heart. But what you did guys, WOW, just WOOOW🤯 No, it doesn't touch me, oh no. Šeit var redzēt patiesa talanta, izglītības, darbaspēju, radošuma un dvēseliskuma apvienojumu. Dievīgi arī tas, cik ļoti viņi paši kaifo uz skatuves par to, ko viņi dara. Līdz šim neviena Latvijas Eirovīzijas dziesma man nav patikusi tik ļoti, ne par vienu arī neesmu atdevusi tik daudz balsu. Lai tur vai kā, tiksim vai netiksim mēs finālā (jo Eirovīzijas skatītāju gaumi nevar paredzēt un dažkārt tās dziesmas, kas iegūst lielāko punktu skaitu, man personīgi šķiet šķērmas), es ļoti ceru ka Sudden Lights tiks pamanīti starptautiski, jo viņi to pavisam noteikti ir pelnījuši.

There's such a subtle but palpable anxiety behind the line "I'll try to say the right words at the right time." It contains not only a certain acknowledgement of one's own inalienable trauma, but also the firm desire to not pass that trauma down to others. Done. Yesterday Sudden Lights won national competition and are going to Eurovision. Finally something rock-ish (with some U2 vibes even) not those boring all-the-time solemn ballads, sugarpop, lame rap or "something" - heck-knows-what. They only need to have a good show. Song is great.

So Latvia was 11th with 34 points, just behind Serbia with 37 points. As french I'm happy because 🇫🇷France gave 🇱🇻 3 points. Most unexpected: "Rest of the world" gave 8 points to Aija, 3rd place just after Finland and before Sweden. I always thought that Aija has a great potential everywhere in the world. 🌏 Bonne 🌎 chance 🌏

Fantastiski!!! 😍🤩. Vairākus gadus biju attālinājusies no latviešu estrādes, šīs grupas nosaukumu zināju, bet nebiju iedziļinājusies. Tagad mans absolūts favorīts latviešu mūzikā. Es gan esmu vairāk puišu mammas vecuma pusē, bet šī ir mana mūzika - elektro+roks. Indie. Un puiši, domājams, paši jau ir pamanījuši, ka ārvalstu Eirovīzijas fani (tie, kuriem patīk šāda mūzika) ir absolūtā sajūsmā par staging. Ieteicams neko nemainīt un tādējādi nesamākslot.
