@@gotyoumad6828 you need glasses cause you have stigmatism or myopia in one eye you should wear the glasses cause it will protect you from ocular headaches and eye strain , blurry vision and even floaters yeah myopia and stigmatism could lead you to seeing floaters in the future

I was diagnosed 3 years ago this month with NAION, some of the doctors were calling it that and others were calling it, and I stroked as well as optic neuritis. Wondering if you would elaborate on that condition because recently I was then diagnosed with glaucoma of that I and I'm now being treated to prevent blindness in the left eye. Well, just experienced an aura migraine?Literally felt instant. I had medicated eye drops in the house. Went away after 15mins. Was on the phone scrolling for a while.

Please read this and see if you can guide me. I even went to UC Davis ER and they ignored me and sent me home. My eyes move together… but when I move them to the right, I get a physical feeling of nerves or numbness flashing thru my body. I feels sorta like a throbbing or flashing from a mild jolt. The feeling encompasses my head to torso and down my arms to my fingers. Sometimes worse than others. I feel it as soon as I wake up. I went to an optometrist recently for new glasses and as I was taking those tests it happened as I was moving my eyes around. I have a C spine MRI 12/28 for neck pain from a horse injury and several car accidents years ago. UC Davis kept saying pain in my eye was not an er visit and that morning I went in bc when I woke up the numb/tingling/jolt of sensation also extended through my tongue so I got concerned it was spreading. They charged me for staining my eyes and eye drops and things never done to me. I waited nearly 4 hours for them to simply send me home. Edited to add I have blurry vision in my right eye off and on since 2017 or 2018. Should I be worried? Thank you of you read this

I had retinal vein occlusion for several years and was treated with laser surgery, injections in the eye and drops. The pressure remained stable. Then one day I realized something was different about my vision. An emergency visit with the retina doctor revealed that I had had an eye stroke.I cannot see anything straight ahead but I do have some blurry peripheral vision. Not enough to be of any use.

What was the main symptoms

Two years ago it began with semi-circular arcs of light in my peripheral vision which was very noticeable in the dark. Turned out to be the jelly behind they eye breaking down naturally, (due to my age), and sticking to the retina. They also found small cataracts in both eyes - slightly larger in the left eye. I was also told I had Blepharitis and dry eye syndrome. I have been treating both for two years now, but blurred vision in my left eye has been getting worse. Don’t know if it is the cataract or dry eye, so don’t really know if it is worth putting myself through laser treatment to remove the cataract as it may not be the cataract!

Seems like a PVD, that flashes basically the gel blob is trying to pull the retina out of the eye wall.

I work as a programmer and have to spend 10+ hours in front of pc/mobile screen, I sleep on time and try to avoid staring at the screen for longer duration. My eyes still hurt and sometimes become blurry. If I exercise my eyes hurt a bit more sometimes. I visited 1 eye specialist so far and she prescribed me CMC for 2 months, checked my retina and said everything is fine. What sort of eye specialist should I visit to get better diagnosis and relief?

Thank for the info doc! I woke up this morning with my left eye blurry. It concerned me because I’m seeing a glaucoma specialist because of pressure in the same eye (I’ve also had a retinal detachment in the same eye). I called and left a message at 6:00AM - answering service, who said they’d get the info to the doc by 8:00. 9:00, still nothing. I finally get a call at 9:50, and they say come in tomorrow morning at 8:50. I thought this would require an emergency visit, but they acted like it was no big deal. I’m pretty frustrated, but I guess I’ll have to wait until tomorrow to see what’s going on!

One thing for people to be very alert to, is the type of doctor you go to. My husband had a very bad experience and almost went blind due to an ER doctor who should not be anywhere near eyes!! Long story short, hubby had an eye stroke as mentioned here. But the ER doctor assumed that it was just an infection. While he looked inside the eye, he clearly had no clue what he was looking at or looking for! He prescribed antibiotics. After a month, hubby's vision was getting worse, so we went to the hospital and on his behalf, I demanded that he be sent to the ophthalmologist immediately! Right away, the ophthalmologist saw that hubby had an eye stroke and now, glaucoma!!! He's had 2 eye surgeries. The first one to put in that draining device and a few months later, a 2nd one to clear out the tube on the device as it got clogged and eye pressure was too high again. BE CAREFUL WHO YOU SEE AND WHAT IS SAID OR FOUND! Please do not just accept what a "doctor" says. DEMAND a specialist! Your vision can depend on that!

I have a cataract in my left eye and I can have a drops I can use

I woke up about a week ago with my right eye bloodshot in the corner. I used lubricating eyedrops that helped. A few days later I woke up in the morning with blurry vision in that same eye. I could only see the outlines of things. The redness was in the entire eye also. A couple of days later it started to improve but felt like I should go to the hospital. I was also having extremely painful headaches and a tender eye. There was a lot of watering. They couldn't find anything in the eye. They gave me a prescription for antibiotic drops. So far it hasn't got rid of the redness and I'm continuing to have pain in my head on the same side as my eye. Sometimes it's isolated pain in one area near the eye like the temple or the eyebrow area. I keep my eye closed because if not, it has tears pouring out.

Has it ever happened to you wake up with the trembling vision? It's happened to me... the feeling disappears after a few seconds, but it's quite scary

I am a seizure patient I've had seizures for 8 years now and I Will be 50 in July of this year

I woke up with my right eye being blurry and when I closed it, there was a brownish background not dark like in the left eye. I had a sense that it was internal bleeding in the eye. But after much blinking and pressing certain acupressure points around my eye and tilting my head back and pressing acupressure points in the nape of my head and behind my ears on the skull bone. I knew I was draining any fluid build up and this immediately cleared my vision. The question is, should I still see a doctor?

An esthetician did radio frequency microneedling around my eye I was given steroid eye drops because my eye was burning and I got nerve injury was told I have a small tear in eye and it happened when I was adolescent. Is this true I think the heat from needles around my eye caused the tear

What about in BOTH eyes?

I've noticed that when I wake up, my vision sometimes flickers for a few seconds. This happens when I wake up or when I'm lying down, close my eyes and then open them. Additionally, in the first few minutes of the morning if I look at a white or light wall my lower and peripheral vision seem to be moving.... I'm panicking thinking I have a brain tumor or that I'm going blind

I had 7.5 D (both eyes0 and underwent Lasik 18 years ago. The vision was 20/20 for 6 years and thereafter started regression and started wearing glass. Now the central vision is affected due to myopic degneration. I am taking red light therapy as well as spending time out for atleast 2 hrs a day and it helps to regain vision to a large extent.

I definitely freaked out this morning 😢 made my “emergency” appointment for later today.

There is something called a "secondary cataract" or a Posterior Capsular Opacification. It's the clouding of the thin membrane (capsule) that holds the lens implant. Not everybody gets it, but if they do, it can be corrected with a laser and results are usually great afterwards.

I was watching yt and all of a sudden from nowhere upper half of my right eye became blurry.. As if like my right eye is not fully opened. I checked in mirror also but everything looks normal. Then i washed the eye and after like 3-4 min slowly it became normal. What and why was that? And i have also noticed that in that area.. I mean upper part of right eye(in the white part) theres a vail look a like thing. Yuh i know that in the white part of the eye there r some vain lookalike things. But its seems a lil more darker

I've notice my left eye vision became blurry. Whenever i close my right eye and try to look at some texts written on wall it appears blurry and kinda difficult to read but clear from the right one, but i feel it's very minor and I'm not having any problem with it currently but is it possible that it could get worse? Yes, if the pterygium grows over the pupil, it can affect the vision one eye. Usually a pterygium is slow growing however, so usually it's not a sudden cause to blur in one eye.

Hi I had before one and half week diagnosed with allergy and my eyes where itchy and the eye doctor gave me noxtor drops for the eyes so its stops being itchy but after about a week I realized that my left had become blurry permanent and my right was bad not so much and when i blink it kind of fixes but not 100/100 and my left eye is permanent blurry so i went to an other doctor and gave me eye lubricant and softacort 3,35mg/ml only to put on my left eye and said that the blurry vision came from noxtor so I should stop it as I did but I didn't saw any improvement and because I am an firefighter and I need like good vision do you have any comments about the treatment? Because I don't see any improvement and I am thinking to go to a third eye doctor.Thank you in advance

I have some similar symptoms but theyre kind of different in some way like my eyes become dull (low light) and blurry mostly, I have vertical astigmatism where the left eye ball is a Lil up , I have seborraic dermatitis and my eyes are blurry all the time, my eyes are out of focus everytime especially when I am not doing anything it seems so odd I can't look anywhere it's kind of depression and anxiety feeling, I can't walk by lifting my head and eyes up it feels so dizzy and awkward not that I don't wanna see but it happens automatically my eyes can't lift up thereby making my head also lift down, I have dry eyes as well, my eye muscles are so severe weak it seems like numb eyes where it looks like I force my eyes to look here and there to make it appear like I don't look depressed

Today while taking shower some shampoo went into my eye, it is causing some eye irritation in my left eye also I can't see object clearly from my left eye that are distant around 110cm or more

I wanted a 2nd comment for this..... There was something not mentioned and possible because it's not vital to vision, per say. I have blurry vision in my left eye when I wake up and sometimes during the day. I went to our Optician (she's very good) and what she discovered was Demodex!! Demodex is a type of mite that lives in human hair follicles, usually on your face. Almost everyone has these mites, but they usually don’t cause any problems. What happens to some of us, is the little critters excrete a clear slimy substance. This can coat the eyeball, causing blurry vision. Fortunately, it's easy to clean out for a while. I just have to wash my face and put extra attention on the eye lashes, rubbing in the gentle soap and hot water. Not hot as in burn. Just really warm. While doing so, I open the eye a little bit to get some of the warm water into it to clean out the substance. After the wash, I can see clearly again. During the say, I can feel it building up again and I just use Refresh drops to clean things out. This is a minor issue that, as far as I know, is not considered a dangerous situation for the eyes. But I thought it good for people to know of this possible issue, so that if you find blurry eye(s), especially in the morning, trying washing eyes and rubbing the lashes well. Just use a soap that doesn't irritate the eyes. Like baby shampoo or something like that. If washing clears things up, this may be the issue.. .hopefully!

I slept with my contacts on I took both of them off but my left eye felt really blurry and I cold nearly see in them but as used my right I could see perfectly fine I don’t know what to do I’m scared my eye doctor isn’t open till after the weekend

Had an eye go completely dark as a kid, usually had migraines so didn't think it was out of the norm, turns out it was a stroke, those dark spots i witnessed became new blindspots just like the one you have Infront of your nose, I don't notice it much anymore.. just dont throw shit at me from the left.

I have been getting a hallo that is curved like half a circle on side of eye near temple it starts small then it grows slowly for about 10 mins and disappears as fast as it came. no pain and it seams like light triggers it . but I also have MS and eye dr told me years ago she saw something she need to keep eye on behind my eye.

Symptoms like that can very similar to a visual aura from an ophthalmic or ocular migraine. But yes, best to get your eyes checked out to make sure.

it depends on what is causing it.

I get anaphylaxis from UV light plus stinging redness and it went away with a strong antioxidant. The trouble is my eyes lenses blurred up. I stopped the antioxidant and my eyes cleared. Now i can't go outside anymore. Any ideas what this is ?

About 10 days ago I noticed blurry vision in my left eye. The following day went to urgent care, where they took mi in right away. The doctor told me I have an eye bleed he considered to be mild to medium and referred me to another specialist and I got an appointment 1 x week later. At that time the doctor looked at my eye and said it was very serious but there was too much blood to allow him to see where it was coming from at that time, and to come back on Feb 12 for a follow up, Here I am waiting for my next visit still not been treated just looked at?

@@DrEyeGuy my wife had a similar condition that eventually got worse but after taking vitamin D for a year her skin has improved alot. I use vitamin D to protect me from sunburn when I work outdoors. Vitamin D helps very well against skin conditions. thanks. great videos.

My left eye has good vision but right one is blurred out, literally blind or weak asf... what's the solution?

I have been like this for about a week now any luck finding out? It started out of nowhere at night for me it also is blurry more sometimes than other times...

@@SupremeODMG it's anisometropia or lazy eye where one eye can see clear when it's near but can't see far objects and the othee eye can see far objects but not near

The only stroke that makes me blind is with my left hand.

I have a blurry vision in my right eye but other eye is all perfect. I don't know the reason none of the reasons you mentioned is not the causes of my blurry vision and i don't know what to do. My dream is to be a soldier but I don't know how to solve this problem. It happen when i was something like age of 9 or 10 i can see everything perfectly which is near me but hard to see in distance.

Simply shut up and get to the point!!!

5:36 is my situation, i talk to several doctors, but they only recomend is having an eyeglass, their not talking about medicine
