Sudanese medical students fleeing war to complete their studies in Rwanda • FRANCE 24 English
Rwanda’s largest university has opened a promotion dedicated to over 160 medical students who fled Khartoum last April. This gives Rwanda the opportunity to establish itself as a safe haven, especially since the migrant agreement with London, which mandates the deportation of migrants to the Thousand Hills, has been deemed illegal by British judges. FRANCE 24's team on the ground reports.
