Botswana and Rwanda maybe; Zambia not sure, and South Africa seems to be moving in the wrong direction of late. As for Angola i'm pretty sure its GDP per capita is Similar to allot of eastern Europe yet from what i understand allot of people live in shocking poverty. Greed, corruption, feudalism is not really what people need to see to change their view of Africa. Regardless of how many shinny buildings and fancy cocktail party's they may get invited to by the elites.

Corruption and Greed are everywhere, not just in Africa. As for GDP? We don't have to have da largest, we are happy with what we have. We don't have to be like europe, and Europe is not free of problems, but you seem to think that your way is the best way. Look at China, it has a better GDP than the UK, what those that say? By the way, I lived in Zambia for six years, beautiful place, beautiful people.

@@ladislaugomes7447 The point I was making about GDP per capita was not that the country didn't have money. It was a point about the fact there is money but people live in poverty. Angola is a richer country than its human development index would have you believe. Do you honestly believe that Isabel Dos Santos (angolas former presidents daughter) is the richest women in Africa just by coincidence? Or do you think her dads position of power and angolas oil wealth came in handy?

Again I'm not trying to attack the whole continent. I love what is happening for Rwanda. I really want them to do well and think the fact that they are in some regards ahead of the curve and leading ahead of the world in the use of plastic bags is amazing. Its tidiness is also superior to pretty much all of Europe from what I've seen. Its safety from what I can tell is also pretty high Ranking. It looks to be trying to look after its poorer people " giving a free cow to poor subsistence farmers.

What you're saying is a terrible insult to those who lost their lives and it's despicable. Kagame doesn't care about chasing criminals. You have to be really naive to think that. Sure Rwanda currently doesn’t have the same liberties as people in the USA, but just a few decades ago people were hacking each other with machetes because of lies they were told over the radio. Most of the genocidaires escaped to the Congo (thank you France) never to face justice. I believe Rwanda will continue to change for the better. Dear sir, am not a politician or a political enthusiast. All I know is that am Rwandan. In my mere 17 years on earth, never have I thought that our country was insecure in some way. I wake up daily, go to school, study, go home, all without anyone pointing a finger dangerously at me. If you consider him a criminal, its upto you. He swore to help Rwanda as whole, develop it, and lead us to a better future and present alike. No Rwandan really cares about what you say, when you turn him into a criminal. 98% of the population are actually content with him. However, he is only human. Some obviously dont like him, abuse him and say all sorts of profanities against him. But truth is, even to the poorest Rwandan in Rwanda, they know that life would and can be worse. Few hate him, but almost all admire him. Just know that Rwanda is a good place to be in. You don't believe me? Get a plane ticket, come over here, and then go to the worst slums and do only one small thing. Ask them who is Kagame. One answer, Muzehe wacu. That is wat they will say. So dear sir, know that we dont care what you say. We care about what he has done, for this country, for this people.

@johnson jimenez, lets get facts right. I didn't say that he killed no one or didnt sacrifice innocents. I cant deny or accept those charges, since non have been proven to be right. And as you probably know it, unless proven guilty, one is always innocent. And numbers are numbers. In 2017, he won by 98% of the votes. So dear sir, piece of advise, come to Rwanda. Visit it, ask the people, and the same thing they will tell you. So please, before you say that he lies and the one million was not only tutsi, as long as you are not in our shoes, dont judge the man who put us where we are right now. You should also question what you hear. How many so called assasinations do you reckon he comitted? 100, 10000, 1000000? So please, if you wanted to talk of criminals, murderers, then look around you. If as you say it he was such a criminal mastermind, then how comes he is still on power? Why doesn't the U.S or NATO depose him? Lets get things right. It would be done in a matter of days if not hours. And as u said, dont believe anything you see on the media😉😉😉
