Those who may not know to clear confusion age-wise SUGA is four months older than TAEMIN even though they’re around the same age but group-wise TAEMIN is older (Senior Maknae) since he debuted back in 2008 followed by his solo debut in 2014 as well as dancing abit longer than JHOPE from the age of 10 years old.

3:15 if I remember correctly they were celebrating their 12-year anniversary during that time. 20:07 After this interview OMG I could only image SUGA and JIMIN fighting backstage over TAEMIN 😂 You can see during the interview SUGA was low-key fanboying as they started to get to know each other more so since they’re the same age, SUGA looking at JIMIN he’s mine now hahaha 20:12 JIMIN being the younger bro teasing his older bro trying to ruin the beginning of a new friendship and vice versa 😅. 20:28 😂😂😂 SUGA: “I’m Gonna Get Close to Him” then TAEMIN: “I’m starting to want more SUGA, I want to know him more…” and SUGA: “I Want Him” as he talked to JIMIN.

❣BTS Jimin & Taemin from the group SHINee, have been quite close friends since at least 2016, though all of SHINee noticed Jimin first at MAMA awards 2014, when watching him do that spectacular Taekwondo flip then ripping off his shirt while doing battle BTS vs BlockB. (Which I’d also love for you to watch)! Then afterwards recalling that while watching Jimin again when he had yet another spectacular most memorable “Perfect Man” performance! Jimin is even part of a quite close group of 6 other idols, started by Taemin, from other groups called the Padding Squad, which consists of other main dancers Taemin & Kai, but also Sungwoon, another of Jimin's closest friends. They even have matching jackets each with the emblem consisting of ea members hand print made into a circle, on a 'padding jacket. Jimin has always admired Taemin, who has been around for longer time. But Taemin has also always admired Jimin’s amazing quality & abilities as well, especially in dancing, especially since Taemin didn’t come from a background growing up, like Jimin did, of not only dance, in so many different styles! Jimin, since age 10, studying & performing hip hop, winning every competition in street dancing. Then studying & performing contemporary & modern dance, but also taking ballet & traditional Korean dance classes as well! Jimin even has managed to incorporate his 8 yrs training in various forms of martial arts including Taekwondo (blackbelt), into his dancing. In 2016 Taemin & Jimin even performed together which they even referred to here, calling themselves the 2 Mins. 👍❤‍🔥😍🔥

Taemin was dancing since he was 10 as well, and not because he wanted to be an idol. he's a self taught dancer, so it's very impressive. he passed one of the most difficult SM auditions at the age of 12 solely by his dancing. he then studied various genres as well. so he did come from a dancing background too Jimin said here that he was influenced by Taemin, and Taemin said artists like Jimin inspire him, so it's mutual

It’s amazing how Taemin, though he had no formal training outside of Kpop, he’d study hrs & hrs of especially MJ footage, as well as did everything he could to learn continually, while he was a trainee & rookie in Kpop. He as well as many others especially back then had rigorous Kpop idol training at such a young age, which doesn’t include real actual dance tracing other then the required Kpop stil hip hop dance which isn’t anything like what most professional dancers learn outside of Kpop, which is why he deserves such admiration on his continual persistence to learn on his own, which is exactly why, as I mentioned before, he admires Jimin so who did indeed have not only hip hop training learning all forms while attending Busan Just dance academy that specializes in all forms of hip hop, and in which Jimin was so good that the high tuition fee was waived just for him. Jimin excelled in popping & isolation moves, but then also studied & performed contemporary, even being called “the rising star of Busan” by media who watched him perform at a festival. JIMIN also had some ballet & even traditional Korean dance training! This is all aside from the 8 yrs of various forms of martial arts (blackbelt in Taekwondo), hapkido, & kendo, which Jimin also has managed to incorporate in his gravity defying dancing. But to a Taemin’s credit all on his own he’s mastered moves as precise as MJ, but then seemed out amazing choreographers he could learn more from, which he not only executes so precisely, but adds his own unique specialty amazingly ever so mesmerizing touch, that makes him on another level just like Jimin! His stage presence is equally amazing as Jimin’s! They both are breathtakingly spectacular to watch! Without a doubt of course Jimin would have looked up to and admired him along with Taeyang & Rain as well as BoA that meant so much and were special to him growing up! Which made it all the more special when he became such close friends with Taemin then later in Taeyang. Also of course Kai who’s part of the Padding Squad as well as Sungwoon another close friends of both! I just live so much their special bond! But of course I agree with you about how equally amazing Taemin is without a doubt! 👍🙏🙌❤️‍🔥🥰
