Good video but I would like to say that the responsibility of both husband & wife belongs anywhere in the world, either Pakistan, U.K or Canada. Whether professional or not, they should both work together to progress. But the mindset in Pakistan is still that they will become millionaires overnight if they come to UK or elsewhere. It takes hard work to become successful.

Dr is the rightful title you’ve earned. You can still be called DR. regardless of what field you are in. Just like businessmen still call themselves Dr even though they have switched to business field. 😊

In business you have boss on you the customers and suppliers. I opened a business and one product which is very good selling didn't give me their products because they were supplying their products to big franchise chain in the same city. And if customers aren't happy with you then you will go to loss and if your dealing is not good with suppliers then you won't get the products. So the risk is always there. When compare job with business you have less responsibility on the job for loss and that is why people choose to work for someone else. But in business you get all the work, risk and loss and that is why it is not easy. Lots of people sell their business and start working because the time they spend not worth the money. And in Canada businesses are very competitive and there are lots of competitions and the cost is very high. And that is why so many people go bankrupt. In Canada your business will only get successful when you are big and have lots of back up money.
