01:24 LIT कैसे और कब किया जाता है?
- पिता से Blood निकाला जाता है और media के माध्यम से processed किया जाता है।
- Lymphocytes अलग हो जाते हैं; 0.8 ml अलग करने के बाद, उन्हें mother के forearm में inject किया जाता है।
- couple को HLA typing और Glucose antibody detection के लिए Blood test कराना होगा
-अगर antibody present है तो therapy शरीर पर कोई भूमिका नहीं निभाएगी।

- ऐसा patient जिसका 3 से अधिक बार abortion हो चुका हो
- Antiphospholipid Antibodies (APLA) negativeहैं
- Anticardiolipin antibody negative है
- Protein C protein S negativeहै
-जब ये सभी test negativeहोती हैं तो patient को LIT का सुझाव दिया जाता है।
A patient who has had abortions more than 3 times
- Antiphospholipid Antibodies (APLA) are negative
- Anticardiolipin antibody is negative
- Protein C protein S is negavtive
-When all these things are negative then a LIT is suggested to the patient.

Sir mera 3 baar miscarriage ho chuka hai 2 iui se 1 ivf kya lit therapy or rituximab injection dono sath me lagwa sakte hai
Sir our hla matches shows 32 % antigens after 2 ivf failure.we took Lit therapy now my wife conceived with twins. LIT really worked .

Sir, I had one IUI and one IVF failure (no implantation). All reports are normal- HSG, TNF, NKC. HLA Cross-match came out to be negative- no reaction. I am O- and husband is O+. Should I try PLI? Or should I just go ahead and do the 2nd round of IVF.

Sir mera do bar Ivf fail ho gaya pahle self egg se embryo grade 4aa ka ek hi tha implantation fail ho gaya dusri bar donor egg ka option liya 3aa or 3ab ke do embryo dale gaye uska bhi implant kon fail ho gaya dr ne lit test karne ko kaha hai pl suggest kijiye kyo ki mahga test hai or hum donor egg ka option hi choose karege kyo ki mere egg nahi hai

Ivf centre ne ek couple ka LIT karwaya wo couple donor eggse ivf karayega. To kya LIT treatment se donor egg ko accept karne ki capacity bhi badh jayegi kya. Wo toh third party ka hoga. Ye baat samajh nahi aayi .pls reply.
