0:09 कौनसे patients इस procedure के लिए सही है?
पहला, patients जिनको Fertility issues है। दुसरा, जिनके Multiple abortions हुए है। Immune Compatibility issues जिनको होते है वह भी suitable patients होते है। अगर आपको Recurrent pregnancy loss, Persistent fertility issues है या फिर 3-4 बार IVF करवाया है जो की fail हो चुका है, तो आप as per "Experimental Therapy" LIT करवा सकते है।
3:21 LIT में किया क्या जाता है?
LIT यह Standardized procedure नहीं है। Husband का 100ml blood लेके उसमें से 1.0 - 1.4ml lymphocytes का filtered mixture wife के Forearm में inject किया जाता है। ऐसा माना जाता है की इससे wife Immune हो जायेंगी और pregnancy continue होगी।
4:48 क्या यह procedure करना चाहिए?
यह technique Costly है। इस technique को लेके कोई ज्यादा Clarity नहीं है। पहले Doctors से बात करना important है।Testing के कुछ criteria होते है। Tests भी expensive (approx. ₹12000 - 15000) है। Matching करने के बाद ही यह Therapy करते है।

Hamare wife ka 3 cycle ivf fail ho chuka hai 3 rd me heart rate aakar chla gya ..doctor ne immunotherapy ke bola hai...emberyo donor tha phir bhi...HCG test bhi 3200 tha sir ist sonography heart rate 110 bpm tha but 2nd sonography me doctor ne bola heart rate nhi h

What are the precautions to be taken after LIT treatment? I just got mine done and they said you should not put water on your hands on that day and no soap for the next 2 days otherwise this whole treatment will be a waste. Is this true? If it is, then should we not put water and soap on the entire hand or just where the injections are given?

Sir…I had a miscarriage….I conceived through IVF from Indira IVF …It was my first IVF cycle ….my Beta HCG was 670…doctr told me it’s good…but I got miscarriage at 7weeks ….in early scan FHR was 101bpm and after 10days in rescan doctr told me there was no heartbeat …sir plzzz help me what’s the reason behind it ….ET was 8.2mm on transfer day ….blood reports was normal…and I didn’t feel any abortive symptoms like bleeding cramps…it’s was going very smoothly…
