Worth trying, Just make sure you get it and eat it fresh. Otherwise it just becomes hard and stale after a few minutes.

I don't know why that in some Subway restaurants like in New York cook the Churro sticks only for 15 or 18 minutes because the Churro when is raw the flour is raw and it needs more time to cook because it can stay raw before sprinkling the cinamon sugar over the Churro also probably it will taste better when cooked for more time and more healthy because raw flour can give uncomfortable constipation to your system

I got the worst type of food poisoning from a local subway it stayed for 2 weeks just from a regular chicken sandwich... never going again

Subway employee here, The footlong churro, pretzel, and cookie starts in January.

You are prepping it wrong. The paper supposed to be arranged diamond shaped. This way when you roll it back and forth, all cinnamon sugar is directed onto the trail and not out of the ends.
