This is the full 1 hour recording. It is specially designed for optimal relaxation at 6 beats per minute. I originally recorded this for myself. After nearly dying from COVID 19 twice, my entire body was severely damaged and traumatised. I researched sound therapy and composed this as a way to help me to get relief from severe anxiety that remained in my body and brain, due to neurological damage. It worked!
