please try and do Inner Engineering by Sadhguru. you will NEVER EVER will again need to use solace or words of affirmation to find comfort. It will leave you in nameless ecstasy and in unexplained states of bliss and peace. You do not need to BELIEVE in anything. Im not gonna lie here . I was feeling low and depressed for the past few weeks because my life seems like its standing at the same place for the past 6 years. I was getting overwhelmed these few weeks to the extent that i started feeling numb. Then i decided about getting rid of this feeling . I searched for different mantras to ease that feeling. I came across this one. I just created a playlist and added this one. For the past few days I'm listening this one while studying and I can say that i am feeling more better and it feels like most of my problems are getting resolved automatically. Suddenly that hope that everything will get better
