I think Sticky sees a hitbox when looking at dinos 😂 He has a very good understanding/feeling for hitboxes including the glitched ones and his timing is nearly perfect to avoid getting hit I too usually die when i try to repeat what he does, but sometimes i do manage to survive (and then screw again) so it actually works if you're good and your connection isn't a pain in 🍑, in my case i mostly have ping between 360-980, sometimes 80-120 (❤) or 1000+ (rip)

The isle uses serverside hit detection. This means that the perpetrator does not dictate whether or not the hit registers. The reason it gets wonky is because whoever is getting hit might not be in the same spot as they were when it registered. Basically, if either of you have bad ping, aim for where your target was a few tenths of a second ago. If you have bad ping, your bites will register slightly delayed.

It's because he always attacks from the rex's right side. If you look at the video carefully he never stays on the rex's left side. Apex's hitbox are bigger and broken on their left side.

You're a beast dude. This is why I always play as the quicker carnivores on the isle. If you know what you're doing as a raptor you can take on just about anything, especially in a pack if there is a couple of decent players.

Are they going to make changes to mechanics in the update? Turn rate is everything in this game right now. Its strange we have all these rules about who can attack what and when, but then we have junior taking down adults.

Nice video but this is one of the few where I see the enemy player is really bad, when I get juvies attack me the way you did I just look down to the ground and bite, you approached multiple times his hitbox and he kept trying to rotate to get to you before biting.

I actually nailed this 1v1 adult v sub on a DM server once, and tbh it went very well. It might've been coz the opponent was not rly a rex main, but I'd say this fight's easier even when its some average rex player imo coz of sub's speed and all like once u get on its back its more easier to get a lot and lot of hits. The only thing is way u turn when ur ass-riding it coz if u mess up, that hitbox's gonna surely break ur leg. And the one i fought tried to run away with ambush, so he like waited around for his ambush, took some hits and ran off and i legit did the same thing lol, i was just ass-riding it with the ambush on and when he decided to runaway, i was still gettin bites on it, just like a spino vs giga lol, and yea after quite some time it lost. But it was fun fo sure...

See i have this glitch where anytime i play my, opponent isn't a potato. That rex was horrible.

Uhh he must be pretty stupid and lucky because the left leg is where the hitbox extends further back behind the leg on rex/giga, while the hitbox gets smaller over the right leg...

Vince A yeah I know but it works I used to die when fighting Rex as dilo but now I’m good at it you have to stay inside the leg you can do it on right leg to because it’s easier but we did left leg because of the broken hit box Too see if it works and it does

Matthew When rex runs away and sucho follows to great a distance Rex need to waste all the stam and sucho would still be to close to turn completely. Also sucho just need to land 5 hits to bleed the Rex out and sucho can land these hits while Rex is loading ambush to escape. Only reason sucho can die is the left turn hit box but when u have some experience as sucho u will know how to ride carefully.
