    I like the sermon but comparing our God given freedom to submitting to God is wrong and not accurate. For me being proud to be American is being thankful to God for the freedom.

    Thank you for watching and commenting. It's not wrong to be proud of your country or thankful for your freedom. I wasn't comparing our freedom to submitting to God. I'm sorry if you heard it that way. The point I was making is it can be a struggle for us to think of submission as a good thing, especially because we value freedom in America.
