SUBLIMATION on Glass Cutting Board How To Video Hacks
Sublimation on Dollar Tree glass cutting board to make beautiful trivets/hot plates using Oracal 651. I attach Oracal white vinyl to the bottom of the glass cutting board, then sublimate the image through the vinyl using a Cricut Easy Press 2 and add adhesive cork. This sublimation turned out so good.

Breath taking
Ok yours look great first off , I have literally done hundreds of these and I will tell you how I do it if interested. Cut vinyl to 7.75 , get a spray bottle with water and a tiny bit of dishwashing liquid. Spray smooth side of glass, apply vinyl sticky side down on wet glass, you will notice you can slide your vinyl easily on glass. After it is perfectly placed take a squeegee and push moisture out of all sides. flip over on towel and make sure no moisture is left. I like to print circles or squares as squares . Lay sublimation print face up , then place smooth side glass with vinyl on TOP of print. I press for about 4 mins at 350 and never screwed one up. (I use a clamshell press at medium high pressure) once finished let cool then place in a sink of water for 30 mins and paper will peel of easy.
The blue flower one is my favorite. I just love these. I'm going to have to try this technique again.
Thank you do much

If you have a cricut maker try the adhesive foam setting
Great job. I need to learn. Canva, so I can print larger than Cricut allows.
Love them both!! Do you put the vinyl on the smooth side or rough side of the cutting boards? It come with the feet on the smooth side?
How do these hold up
Can you set stuff on the hot plate without melting the vinyl
Do you think the image looks better attached to the Rough Side ...like u did versus the smooth side ??
Can you sub on Cricut permanent vinyl or sisser permanent white vinyl?
I tried it, and my paper stuck to the vinyl. I used oracal 651 and A-sub paper. What did i do wrong?
