Can you create a design for 8x10 or how you could take two 8x10 to create a larger design?

I have a question please? So once I create in canva and then download it so I can print for sublimation. When do I flip the image and text Because for sublimation, even the DTF hack, doesn't it need to be flipped? And how do I get Canva to flip my text? I always mess this part up.. Great training video. So helpful.

And what kind of iron on vinyl paper?

I downloaded as a png file to my computer. Then uploaded to silhouette studio and printed from there on my converted epson et 8550

Well I paid $600 for mine 🤷🏽‍♀️ but all printers are expensive these days
