Glad you found this video helpful. Cosworth motors are generally closed decked motors. However they use superior engine building principles and materials to achieve superior quality. For example using billet blocks allows for the reliable pursuit of big power.

300kw ~370hp at the wheels safely.

Ej257 semiclosed with ported heads, cosworth forged pistons, nitrated crank, arrow x RCM rods. I’ve had ~400whp for 7000km now. Do you think i could push to 450

With big injectors on e85. It'll be just fine :)

I have e85 now and 957cc injectors. I don’t know if the injectors will become the limiting factor, we’ll see. Thanks!

turbo ej25 from 2005/2006 onwards = semi closed. NA ej25 with SOHC head are open deck

255 is a semi closed???
