It’s the dcm which is part of starlink. Parasitic draining the battery.

my 2022 outback doesnt have a fuse labeled DCM. Which fuse is it?

Sorry, it's #9 for a 2019. Your 2022 may have an up to date DCM module. It was the transition to 5G that caused the chaos. Subaru didn't see it coming.

It took 6 months for the parts, but they replaced the DCM and flash the memory on mine too for free .
