[Sub]Flourless Sweet Potato Busque Burnt Cheesecake：Easy recipe/5 Ingredients

I made a basque cheesecake by baking potatoes in our oven.
No flour or cornstarch is added, so it is thick and rich.
How about this for a fall home snack?

▷Ingredients (φ15cm)
200g baked sweet potato
40 g sugar
200 g cream cheese
1 egg yolk
1 whole egg
100 ml heavy cream
▷How to make:
1. Wash sweet potatoes, wrap in aluminum foil and bake at 180°C for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
2. Peel the baked sweet potatoes and weigh 200g. Mash with a masher and add sugar, cream cheese, egg yolks/whole eggs, and cream, in that order. Turn out the mixture.
Bake in a preheated oven at 230℃ for 18 to 22 minutes. Refrigerate overnight.
