This recipe for New York Cheesecake is easy to make without sour cream.
The trick to making it taste good is to strain the batter before baking and to chill it overnight.
It's easy to make, just mix it together, if you like.

20 g unsalted butter
350g cream cheese
90 g cane sugar
2 whole eggs
200 ml heavy cream
2 tsp vanilla extract
■Cheese sauce
50 g cream cheese
10 g honey

Update: I made the cheesecake and I made a few mistakes but in the end my bf and his whole family loved it! His mom even mentioned to me that she usually doesn't like cheesecake but she really liked mine and was impressed that it was my first time making a cake. Thank you again for this recipe! :)

だいぶ遅いとは思いますが、焼き上がりがプルプルなのは普通なので何も問題ないかと思います(..)冷やすと動画のように固まるはずです！
