酸梅酱 | 鸿运七彩鱼生酱|烤鸭酸梅汁 | Homemade plum sauce | Yee Sang sauce | Roasted duck plum sauce

Ingredients:
60g Salted plum ( 6 to 7 )
30g Rock sugar
1/6tsp Salt (optional)
350g Maltose
100ml water
Note:
The freshly cook sour plum sauce is relatively thin and will become thicker after cooling.
材料:
60克咸水酸梅(6到7粒)
30克冰糖
1/6茶匙盐(选择性)
350克麦芽糖
100 毫升水
贴士:
刚熬好的酸梅酱是较稀的,晾凉了以后会浓稠些。
