    Suzuka has always had power and clarity but it seems like she has even more control and power since a few years ago. The fact that even without any effects ie, just monitor sound w/o reverb, eq, etc she still sounds really good says a lot. I cant think of anyone else in the rock universe that compares...

  • @ericchild8845
    @ericchild8845 Жыл бұрын

    From the first time I heard her sing and saw how much choreography was involved I was stunned and instantly became a fan. Her clarity and range are simply off the hook. As she has grown from a teen into a young woman her voice has changed, but in my humble opinion, for the better. She will be a legendary singer and I hope she can continue for many many more years providing us with her unique, beautiful and pure voice. Well done with this short sample of her work. I find it interesting that her in ear system wasn’t digital and encrypted. On future tours it certainly will be as the band has probably switched from Shure’s analogue to their new digital system which will prevent people from pirating their wireless transmissions. Still is interesting for people who don’t know much about pro audio to hear. I especially like the one clip with the guide voice counting along for the intro. Interesting that they chose English for the guide vs their native Japanese. Either way it beats listening to a damn clave or wood block going tick tick tick all the damn time, lolZ. Thanks for sharing!

    I love Su, and have listened to nothing other than BM for over a decade. I also listened to some opera once. Didn't really like it tbh. The fat lady hides behind a tree, and everyone dies. (Victor; RIP.) But the vocals are definitely astonishing. Can Su sing opera? My own feeling is no. Not right now. But I'm also sure she could if that was where she wanted to go. It's the "which super power would you pick" question. Su has (very wisely) picked the answer of "to be the best at anything I focus on." Right now, she's focused on being a singer in Babymetal. Who knows where it'll end up?

    If anyone wants more, I suggest to watch those fancams from their shows. You can definitely hear it's live, even Moa (because most of her lines gets cut off in dvds even though she sings live) Just recently on their comeback show, I think Su got a problem in her IEM and she's a little behind (?) during Metal Kingdom. Her voice is also a little shaky (it's the first song anyway). But I'm really impressed with her vocals, studio recordings and live.

    I think it depends on the song. Their choreography is often based on the lyrics instead on the classic dance count, so it makes sense

    If you're talking about the click on Rondo of Nightmare, yes it is the tempo of the song wasn't on 4/4, i believe it's 3/4 but has some changes like on the pre breakdown so it counts just 1 2 3 not 1 2 3 4

    I like babymetal and we can see, she trained a lot her voice, doing choregraphy while singing isn't that stunning if you ever see lindsay stirling and background stuff can be mate to make you think it's magic. But to really juge the voice of a singer you must hear it acapella.

    He voice is amazing trust me but you can’t really put the live recorded ones on here and say that that’s her best voice because they add a lot of effects to her voice on the live recorded ones you have to put the fan cam ones because those show her true voice
