If you get just 1 product - GET the Hair Resort Spray. It is awesome and lasts a long time. I is pricey but I can get 6 months out of it. I will use the Healthy Sexy Hair as a backup, but I don't like it quite as much as the Kevin Murphy. As far as the Bumble & Bumble - any heat protectant spray will work.
