This was wonderful Jeremy. I can't wait to implement your advice here. I haven't got my SX900 yet. Had me ethical emergency that took precedent till now. I've not even been able to play my keyboard for the last little while. However, I'm going home this Saturday with a reasonably clean bill of health. Hope to get hold of the new keyboard in the next couple months. I really thank you for all of the time you've spent helping us. You are a good friend.

Very nice tips Jeremy. I would like to add, changing the EQ, Volume and Pan settings of various parts can help a lot too. Also changing each instrument (eq kick drum, snare etc) within the drumkit can help add more punch when needed.

Favourite function on SX / Genos is a 'no brainer' for putting together a quick performance program ...might be worth a vid as it's so easy to use and ideal for me ...as an easy option to playlist also ideal as quick holding pen to quickly save an interesting settling to... I just love your stuff on arrangers... you're a 🌟

Good video! Another way to change a style is to use the Groove and Dynamics feature in the Style Creator. Maybe in a future video you could demonstrate it. Thanks!

I recently got a PSR-E463, however I only really like the "sweet" voices/patches. What would be the next step up from that keyboard that would have voices of that quality for all the instruments including the string instruments?

I edited factory preset Cool8Beat of PSR SX600 with meothod #5 and I recorded the bass line with quints in the middle (instead of all firsts) and now I have perfect style for playing "I just called to say I love" by Stevie Wonder :-)

Thank you Jeremy for this good explanation. I myself have an SX900. Now I want some Genos styles that I want to customize for the SX900, but sometimes there are right hand instruments that don't work on the SX900. Adding instruments via the mixer is possible, but how do I save them? As soon as I recall the style, the instruments are gone again. The styles are on a USB stick.

Thank you. what do you think about touch screen on new yamaha. i own psr A 3000, the main screen on PSR-SX very poor There is just bright colors , instead of control sliders or touch buttons to control the volumes and more..... like Korg pa 3x or 4x. i can not belive yamaha made so simple software for keyboard Arranger.

Great video!! I see an issue with my settings. I do not hear any sound other than the two rhythms. How do I get the other 6 out of 8 channels sound?
