shawn duprii Hey, genius, they teach you in any safety course to treat other people as if you’re invisible. The reason for that being is because you’re far less noticeable on two wheels. The fact that he ignores the warning while ripping down the street towards an intersection would have landed this entirely on his insurance, the bike, hospital bills, the whole lot.

You fail to understand that its impossible to see over horizon for the driver, thats why it says *SLOW SLOW* for the biker, so he is noticed going into the intersection to be given way, not if he overspeeds there ignoring all warnings and limits. Worst part is the biker doesnt realize this and even shows it like the car was at fault.

Sorry, but i dont think anybody will be able to see a bike doing 90 because by the time they are in the middle of the intersection it comes into the sight of the human eye. Bikers can be dumb

AF Noorzai yeah, when I biked is in front or behind me I always drive differently and leave them the same room if not abit more then a car. Most bikers don’t drive like lunatics, just 3 so far. Worst was filtering to front from at least 13 cars on each lane, running a red in a very busy intersection to speed by and pop a wheelie.

If it's a blind turn, or the person speeding comes from behind another vehicle, or somehow else you are physically not able to see them, then yes, it's not your fault if someone crashes into you or is close to crashing into you, but if you are driving on a two lane street behind a car, and change lanes to block someone trying to pass on the other lane, it's your fault if they hit you. Sure, the were speeding, but you blocking someone or cutting them off is your fault, not the one who is speeding. And you saying that as a rider, it's your job to judge the speed you're driving at. Yes, it is your job to do exactly that. As a rider, driver or anything else on the road. Some people just like to not do that and speed. If other people's riding doesn't put you in danger or in any way harm you, why should you try to intervene. And yes, in every case, speeding is illegal, but someone speeding doesn't make it right to try and hit them or cut them off or anything like that. In most cases, it is the biker's fault for speeding. Yes, it's been two years since you commented but if you actually read this, then you are partially correct, but also a tiny bit wrong. Speeding is wrong, but so is trying to hit people that are speeding, or not paying attention, and causing an accident. Also not my first language, there may be some misspellings.

@@KirboTheChamp i mean if the riders were riding slower and paying more attention to potential hazards. in most of these youtube videos they would have time to realise cars were going to cut them off before it even happens ... different cars have different blind spots and its not always easy to tell when you cant be seen ...so to be safe assume that "nobody can ever see you" and ride as if every car on the road can and will cut you off ... i bet you never get cut off again .... 90% of time its bikers fault for bieng to at ease and having to large of an ego

03:30 I love it when people complain about others making lane changes without using the indicator when you can literally see on the video that they made a lane change without the indicator two seconds before.

On minute 9:30 the biker said leave the phone and look upfront. And the driver said he was doing it. The biker told the driver that he could have injured someone because of a maneuver from earlier. The driver told the biker he did it on purpose because the driver was going to fast. The biker told the driver that they were more vehicles besides himself in the road to which the driver replied that he didn't care. So the biker told the driver that (ok so do whatever it goes from his butt) and boom mirror smash 😎

That response was good tbh. He ended the altercation instead if escalating it verbally. If it was me I would have told the biker to piss off, but that guy was fairly calm throughout that interaction. His responses weren't malicious, he even said "have a nice day". The biker was clearly in the wrong and then tried to intimidate/aggravate the van driver further with his camera. I'm glad the driver didn't fall for it.

@@bernardschmitt6389 seems like he held his own position amd prevented the biker from overtaking him over zig zag lines. It's obvious that the biker was trying to overtake him, these guys are a nuisance on the road attempting to squeeze into tight gaps using the element of surprise and then complain when it doesn't go their way. Just look at the room he had when he rode off, he should of done that in the first place instead of trying to filter in the gap between two cars. This clearly shows how he had the oppurtunity to ride off and filter elsewhere but he had his heart set on starting a confrontation. Probably because he has a camera on his helmet, he antagonises other road users in the hopes of getting this cheap content. If someone chooses to step out of the lane and attempt to filter they do so at they're own risk, I suggest they wait in line like everyone else instead of causing hazards for others.

If the second guy crashed he would only have himself to blame. He was going far too fast

Yes the lane was thin ... but do you know the speed limit ? Looks to me he was going 80km an hour or 40-50mph or close to that anyway im not american ... but i have riden lots of roads this thin at that speed perfectly within the limit ... especially on mountain roads... so to just assume he was speeding is not really cool when from my judgment he wasnt over 100km so he could of been in the limit you dont know

I would know from experience. and i think most of the riders in this video are plain reckless. not to mention think they have the right to do whatever they want and when it bites them they will for sure complain. That’s not a bad idea. Most of the time you don’t know if you have his plate while recording so talking is double safe. Imagine he runs away and makes another accident and you have it on cam but not the plate...

3:54 Filtering (overtaking) over zig zag lines next to a pedestrian crossing IS ILLEGAL in the UK. It's in the Highway Code book. One is supposed to hold one's position in traffic until outside the zig zag lines zone and then continue the filtering. This also include cyclists.

@ Well to be fair he should not have attempted to make the overtake in the first place. At @3.51 when the red ring is round the van is less than 1ft from the black Ford. So there is clearly not space for him to pull in safely. He doesn't manage to adhere to basically anything in section 162/163. Then when instructed by the road marking to merge left he fails to do so (134). So the poor riding far outweighs the possibly questionable driving in my opinion.

The way some of these idiots ride they should get ready for an artificial leg. Some biker smashed my neighbor's mirror and he then sideswiped the motorcycle causing him to lose a leg. He had it om video and the biker was arrested for property damage.

I think more and more drivers are going to start doing this. A driver here in California claimed that he was startled causing him to swerve when a rider kicked his car. Yep, the driver had cut the rider off in the HOV lane but the rider is the one who retaliated and he's the only one who ended up with any charges. Some may think smashing mirrors makes for a cool video to upload but while taking the law into your own hands may work out for a while, it only takes one retaliation to end it all. Precedent has been set for a driver to claim "I was startled".

Not quite. You shouldn't proceed beyond the leading vehicle approaching to the crossing. "You MUST NOT overtake the moving vehicle nearest the crossing or the vehicle nearest the crossing which has stopped to give way to pedestrians." In this video that would have been the Ford, not the van.

9:59 I hope that Argentinian rider rides into a brick wall a high speed. Knocking the mirror off a commercial vehicle is as low class as it gets aside from attacking old people. Why this channel promotes this kind of behaviour is perplexing.

We don't know if he is making something big out of something small, if he is correct in his actions, or perhaps he was speeding and was partially at fault. We are stuck taking his word. So basically this is a rider getting mad and becoming a self-appointed police officer, punishing someone for using their phone.

Probably covered around half a million miles so perhaps save your childish insults for someone who gives a toss. Most of the bikers I see on here have terrible hazard perception,poor riding skills and worst of all a bad attitude. On the very few occasions that I think someone has deserved a word that's what I've done. Face to Face,and on every occasion we've parted with no hard feelings.
