@@FuZe. Umm... Groms aren't illegal to ride on roads... it's 125cc, which makes it legal. But yea, dirt bikes are illegal in most states to ride on roads, with the exception of duel sports.

Okay honestly I think in the first one, the driver sat in his car and took off because he felt threatened by your friend and the number of people in your group. He was most likely to get away from the place and call it in to report. If he wanted to run he wouldn't have ever stopped or get out of his car.
