    Alcaraz & Sinner turned pro in 2018 but didn't start winning Majors until 2022 & 2024, respectively & they're still working on improving their games. Most informed people know it takes years of incremental, consistent improvement to reach that level of winning Majors. Shelton already reached top 20 in his first year on tour & has maintained it. With more training, time, experience, & input on aspects of his match mentality, footwork, & shot production there's no reason why he can't become a top 10 player.

Yet not one on Jannik Sinners victory, who's #1 player in world rt now. Theyve sctewed him over every which way possible. Horrid draw(vs Djok n Carlos cake draw), putting the no.1 player in world on court 1(twice) so they can put a hyped up female brit player on centre/or the duck walkin' american with the blonde dreads, that according to media "already has the trophy".

    He absolutely goes for his shots. Often too much. It's about having the patience to rally (which he can actually do well), shot selection under pressure, having the footwork to get into position, & shortening the swing on his forehand. Also his FH grip is slightly more extreme than is ideal.

    Vedere un giocatore d'attacco come Shelton essere preso a pallate significa due cose : 1)Sinner fortissimo 2) Shelton ancora molto lontano soprattutto sull'erba che dovrebbe favorirlo.

  • @enrico.s

    @enrico.s

    8 күн бұрын

    A onor del vero lo ha preso a pallate per un set e mezzo. Poi l'americano è cresciuto, chiudendo un secondo set più equilibrato e un terzo combattuto, complice un calo evidente di Jannik. Se Sinner riuscirà ad eliminare questi cali di rendimento improvvisi diventerà semplicemente inarrestabile, per chiunque. Per il momento se sta bene fisicamente possono contrastarlo probabilmente uno o due giocatori al mondo, a prescindere dalla superficie.
