Today I bring you a stuffed chicken in the oven for December 31st to celebrate, very easy to make and super delicious, whole stuffed chicken for party or celebration.
Ingredients:
1 whole chicken (5 pounds)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp paprika
3 garlic cloves
Ground beef (400 gr. Approx.)
1 onion
1/2 red and green pepper
1 tsp (cumin, paprika curry)
nuts to taste of your preference
olives to taste
raisins to taste
5 tbsp tomato sauce
Olive oil or the one of your preference.
