Was already planning on having some backstrap today and the stuffing was already made as well so I gave this a shot and it was quite good will definitely be doing it again

I just ate left over turkey, but that made me hungry.

Thanks Remi! Just made a couple of these to take to a friends house for a bbq. Was a total success. I used Axis deer and some left over thanksgiving stuffing. Was amazing.
