It is not an oil funnel for your car, it is a canning funnel. You can pick one up here on Amazon amzn.to/2QeMcVr or you can get one where canning supplies are sold. Check in the kitchen department. I hope this helps. Thanks for watching.

Yes thank it worked. But I decided to buy the balloon stuffer my arthritis wouldn't let me do it your way. The stuffer wasn't to expensive will make the $250 back in no time

Great question. You could do it with helium, although I wouldn't recommend it because it would just be a waste of helium. An 11" balloon takes about .5 cu ft of helium to fill, which can only lift about .35 oz. That's not a lot, you would need a much bigger balloon to lift anything. You give me a great idea though.
