Now that he's learning the skills of professional diving, discipline and responsibility, he's unlikely to ever commit a crime again. Governor Jerry Brown should take notice. As he struggles with a federal deadline to reduce prison overcrowding, this small diving program at the Chino state prison is providing a solution to the state's rehabilitation woes.
