Welcome to another studio vlog, and by jove is it a long one! We have done so much this last week! Please let me know if the cooking segment is weird as I was just trying something new!
Focaccia recipe is here:
420ml warm water (not too hot!)
4g active dry yeast
5G honey or sugar
15ml olive oil
10g salt
Whisk together water, yeast, honey, oil and salt and add 500g bread flour
Stir until sticky and scrape the side
Leave for 10 mins
Wet hands Stretch and pull X3
Smooth side up cover in oil
Cover and leave in fridge overnight
Oil tray and add parchment
Add dough and fold into burrito shape with smooth side on top
Cover and prove for 2 hours
Add oil and dimple
Add toppings (oil so don’t burn)
Add salt and bake 220c
20 ish mins

looking forward to pumpkins! I have no interest in making focaccia (sp?) but I could listen to you all day. The purple boxes are pretty - might have to get my sister to grab me some. Mega alien pride of place! 3/50 - that's the one I ordered right? 🦧
