That was a great Vlog. Really enjoyed it. You have some wonderful ideas for pieces. Have you ever used White Out for no flow. We used the Rio No Flow too but had pretty good luck with the White Out also. Looking forward to more from ya ! : D

+Solo 000 So happy you enjoyed this blog!! No I have never used the Rio No Flow, or whiteout I generally either wing it without a blocking agent or use my heat shield. I would love to explore more products in the new year so I can test and review on camera! Thanks for watching and your suggestions! xo

That cuff is stunning! I'm curious if you use any sealing for the cuff, like Renaissance Wax or something similar. Love your videos as always :) Thank you so much for sharing!

+Graciella Quinones Hi Graciella, thanks for your kind words! No I don't use wax or sealers generally. I actually address that question in my latest video the Q&A. Thanks for watching xoxo!

I love to watch you work on your projects, and I've learned so much from these vlogs!!! Your photos are fantastic, and the detail is so crisp- what kind of camera do you use? Do you only shoot in natural light?

Could you show your torch set up? I use a small hand held and looking to upgrade. Also, do you do the casting yourself or have it done? Love your videos, I always learn something new.

maybe a silly question: Do casting companies not cast in fine silver (if you wanted it)?

I too would like to know what type of fuel you use in your studio space? Looks like your studio is a small bedroom-type space as is mine? Do you crack the windows when torching?

Hi from England. How lucky you are in the U.S. not to have to send every item to the assay office. It is illegal in the U.K. to sell precious metal items without an asssay office hallmark. They test the purity of the metal and if it passes they add their hallmark, the purity mark and your hallmark. If it fails they can destroy it and send you the scrap. The cost is about 15$ per item. What a pain.

+mrwirralboy in the UK It's only a couple of pounds to have items hallmarked in bulk (over 25 pieces). And there are weight limits for different metals. small items do not necessarily need to be hallmarked. Either way it adds value to a piece and is well worth it. Dave.
