The 2007 movie honestly had some of the best Decepticon designs of the Bay films. Barricade, Blackout, Bonecrusher, Brawl, they all had unique and distinguishable designs (unlike the later movies where all the Decepticon goons were identical blobs of grey spikes)

By the way, exist cons in second and Lil bit in third movie who have unique designs, like sideways, soundwave, the fallen, constructicons (few of them is recolours of others but still) from rotf, and dreads, new soundwave's look, Shockwave from dotm

TLK barricade was blue for some reason, even the voice sounded completely different, even though it's the same voice actor, he didn't sound menacing in TLK, and the only thing he has in common is he's a police car mustang. Not to mention how TLK barricade as a toy sucked

At least with SS, I'll give it a pass since they are trying to make it a scale accurate across the line with them, but in general, yeah they are getting smaller.

I still have my original, and out of all the Barricades I own, it’s by far the superior one as a Transformers toy in general. Super fine detail and accuracy aside, it IS the best one. You could beat the shit out of figures back then, now I’m afraid to rotate a piece the wrong way without completely breaking something. Shit was different then yo.

I just got this figure today. The only issue is that when I try to put it in car mode the legs resist the tabs

I mean, that way all the transformers studio series figurine are the same. E.g: - "here we have bumblebee as a camaro" - "here we have blackout as a helicopter" - "here we have ratchet as an ambulance

I just picked this one up today because the Bumblebee vs Barricade scene from the first movie is very nostalgic for me. He's pretty neat, but he's barely bigger than a Legends figure...

I love this figure and can't wait to get him. Studio Series has given some good toys. Blackout and Ironhide are standouts. Barricade might join my personal favorites. Great review, Emgo. Glad for all of your detailed reviews. JTI has been helpful (Most recently MPM Ironhide's hood going into alt mode. That hood... *fist clenches). Keep rolling out those videos, my friend.

It’s sad that I finally found one at my local Walmart

Got this figure today and it's great but I can't seem to tab the waist securely into the chest. The tab just seems too small. so when I lift the figure up from the top half, the whole waist and leg sections flop down. Is the only thing I dislike about my Barricade, otherwise it's the best deluxe he's ever had in terms of accuracy and design.

The first bayformers movie introduced the concept of the transformers to me so the first movie figures are pretty nostalgic for me

Question is the last night barricade and movie jazz worth to buy together for 70$ Canadian??

When you are getting arrested by Barricade you have no rights.

The good for my Barricade, came off same day delivered to me, anyway I can fix it? It stays on for a little bit after I put it on but it just Sways and really lose. I don’t know a solution, I thought of superglue or something but I don’t think it would move anymore. Any solutions?

Alexei Galloway oh and I think he should come with Frenzy, like how the studio series leader class dotm Megatron came with Igor, because Frenzy defrosted Megatron in the movie lol. And I think the background design in the box should be where he was kept in sector 7 at Hoover Dam.

That ball joint on a clear plastic socket is scary, that may break after a while depending on how much you transform it. I'm still tempted to get this guy though. He's hard to find now where I am though even though he was overflowing shelves at my local toy store a few months back lol 😄 I should have bought him then.

Im really happy that they used the actual front of the car for his chest. So many recent Transformers are shell-formers with fake car parts in the robot mode and I'm sick of it.

I probably shouldn't post this here (as this is barricade's video), but I'm having trouble transforming studio series Jazz into vehicle mode. The car door parts of his arms can't seem to peg in properly to the top of the door, and because of it, the back wheels of the car mode can't fit in either. Thanks for any help from you, or anyone else that helps me with this problem.

After rewatching the Jazz video, and reading a comment, I noticed there was a peg on the roof of the car that went into his back/waist area, which helped make everything neat and pegged in. Thanks.

This is the best barricade figure and also one of the best figures from studio series.

I have never clicked faster in my life. In all seriousness, this looks like a good figure and it’s definitely a bought on sight. I’m praying to the good lord above that Hasbro redoes the Last Knight Barricade. Such a badass design (both car and robot) and we got such a mediocre figure.

You're lucky you got a complete Barricade. A bunch of people, including myself, got a Barricade missing the left window piece that snaps into the door.

i have a barricade toy that keeps breaking and fixing it and i i don't know what version it is. its has a flip side front grill and a big 643 on top and a white tail fin

wish the shoulders sat up higher in robot mode, but overall, it doesn't look bad. maybe I'll pick this one up.

I'm still hoping we get a SS Dino (Mirage) with his accurate car mode since A LOT of people like him. Also, would anyone suggest that I get SS Megatron (ROTF) or SS Damaged Megatron (ROTF)? I absolutely love that they used silver paint on the damaged one but I'm not that fond of the damage head, overall which one would be better to get?
