Well, it may be bland in your opinion, but that's what makes music so thoroughly fascinating, that everybody has their own taste. Jay wasn't overly hyped, he was just great. Over 100 singles, two completely different full length albums proved that.

I honestly don't see why this(meaning him) is so hyped. Nothing new or creative or interesting is going on here. I think maybe people only like him because he died. Yeah, you can respond to this comment and hate on me but ask yourself, what on Earth makes this so worthy of all the hype? You'll try to find reasons but you will fail because it's just not there.
