It is a very lovely apartment. For a young and single person, it is just perfect. You have made it really cozy and nice. As the first apartment, it is super cool even without big windows. (Don't worry, you will certainly have many big windows in the future, lol).

Omgsh I am in love with how warm and cozy your apartment looks! I haven't seen your previous vid, so when you said initially that it was a basement flat, I was envisioning a not very great dark layout (in the UK thats what you'd get).... but I was completely floored! Sometimes I feel some makeovers can be style over substance, but you have got the perfect balance of incredibly well styled, with that warm homey vibe. just great. fab!!

Thank you! Yes when I tell most people it’s a basement suite they’re kind of off put but then it all comes together when they see it. It’s really close to what I had hoped for so I’m Happy it all came together! It can be so hard making those choices with each piece that you purchase.

I love your place. It's perfect! I love the setup and the kitchen is very updated. I love the sprayer so much and it's rare to see a studio that small to have space for a washer/dryer machine. A huge plus!

I love my studio!! Especially being on my own it feels so open, not lonely or scary at all 😅😅😅. It’s super spacious and feels more modern. I think a rectangular studio is the way to go!

I like your apartment and the decoration. This is a great one for a first time living alone. The most important thing is not the size but to feel like home and I think you have achieved that wonderfully. It feels warms, cozy and inviting. I wish to have one like that pretty soon. Caitlyn, your apartment is amazing! Your decorating skills are fantastic! You made it look like a one Bedroom! If I may make a suggestion! Put a picture of the Ocean over your sofa or a large mirror! It will give the illusion of a window, if you would like! Once I had a kitchen with no window and I put a Picture of an Italian hillside! I loved looking at that picture; as I washed dishes! ! 👍

Okay this place of yours is really beautiful... I got to tell you that the staircase makes it whoever heard of having a staircase in their apartment this is really gorgeous and, the way you decorated it is so inviting.. when you look at your place it's a very, very comfortable-looking place and you decorate beautiful !!!!...don't you ever give up this place unless you're going to buy a house because that staircase that kitchen ..your bedroom and the living room are gorgeous..Great Decorater

The apt isn't dark and I think the living room ceiling is lower than norm but it doesn't look squished.

There are several apartment complexes in my city that were grandfathered in and aren’t up to modern code. Could be something like that.

I thought your apartment was cute in the first video but what you have done with it is amazing! It is so warm and welcoming but modern and stylish at the same time. Absolute stunning.

Those stairs are so modern and nice . You can use a ladder shelf for shoes right there on the ledge. Love the fake long plants . & the hot, fire flames lmbo ... idt I’ve seen a washer dryer combo before . Neat . The kitchen is beautiful I love it all especially the counters and faucet. It all looks magnificent! You should be proud.

Hey love your cute little space! It actually feels like a 1 bedroom apartment. It’s very cozy abd I swear I’m staying for a week Chile so get my sleeping area ready...we watching holiday Obie’s with popcorn and I’m cooking us some seafood fiesta & Italian dishes boo🤣☺️ I know I’m crazy...nvm me tho Any Ways A bit of my decor input: You can put the lamp next to the sofa on other side so that it won’t look crowded or stuffed in that corner. It’s more pleasing to the eye when there’s a space that breaks up and drier ate your kitchen from LR area. Also another tip: You can swing your sofa towards your bar stools as facing away from them so it creates the illusion of a separate space LR + Kit Girl love your cute decor too it’s actually perfect for a couple or single mama! Tyfs Ps❤️ love love love that rug, plant by steps, mirror, key hooks, plants in bedroom, wall decor in BR, barstools n kitchen look.

I love what you have done with such little space. You have made your apartment look big. I love all the plants very realistic I am going out and buy some hanging plants. I kill living plants and I think the artificial plants are the answer to adding greenery in my home. Thank you for the wonderful tour.
