I'm actually obsessed with this apartment

The kitchen is amazing. I don’t have a dishwasher either ugh. I love how deep your drawers are. Your apartment is cute. The bathroom is lovely and spa like. Love the tiles. I wish I had a tub too.

Your apt is super cute!! A privacy screen would be adorable to separate your sofa & bed when company comes over. It will give your bed area a sense of privacy for you. You can even use lightweight curtains to create separation.

I hung a curtain rod(a wrap around one) from the ceiling and put sheer curtains on it to help separate my studio apartment.

your apartment is so beautiful! I wish more landlords would update and renovate their apartments like this. it would definitely make it worth the money

Foreal... my area is like ‘there’s only one gaping hole in the floor. 600 a month for an apartment with no yard, the floors look like someone puked in them, and the roof might cave in. Oh no utilities included btw’ It’s not a good area either. Even if it were bare minimum if it were in a nicer area that’d be fine but 🤦‍♀️ looking for apartments has been a migraine

i saw the comments saying they don't need to see what's in the cabinets or drawers, but i honestly like that part of apartment tours! it's cool to see people's organization. great video! :D

I’m so impressed with all these studios. My first apartment was so awful! So was my second one. My 3 rd was a little better my fourth I,lived n for 18 years, I loved it. Now I’m in a 3 bedroom house.

So organized!

I see it all the time where people aren't told they can easily change the doors on a fridge to open the other way. You might want to have someone help you with that so it is more convenient. I have done it a couple times and it actually is quite simple. I think most people just don't realize they can do it :)

I'm moving into a 410 sq. ft. apartment. My recommendation - get rid of the bed and use a Japanese mattress that you can roll up and put in the closet during the day. You'll be amazed how much more space you'll have! You'll love it! I guarantee it.

Such a comfortable bright space. ~Smile!

That is the oddest placement of refrigerator. You might want to look into swapping which side it hinges upon. Most fridges have the option.

Maintenance should have changed the door handles on the refrigerator to the other side. It's easier to place items on the counter if the doors open away from the counter. Easy to do and easy to miss... if you don't know they can be changed.

Your place is nice I see a 409 sq ft available studio im thinking of trying to get but still looking at other options. I thought 409 square feet would be too small but im barely home anyway so it will be fine. I got a 2 bedroom and have way too much extra space since I'm by myself. Im alright as of now budget wise but with these studios im looking at is about $1,000 cheaper im definitely leaving this place lol.

I think giving prices in tours is important just so apartment buyers can see what a certain price could get them, even though I know you don't give location it's still nice to know the price
