Resting heart rate between 40 - 60 Press ups - 47 in a row Plank - 2 min straight Vertical straight jump - 40 cm Beep test - stage 13.9 VO2 max test - 65 - 75 ml 5-0-5 - 2.2 seconds T test - 9.5 seconds Sprint - 10 m - 1.8 seconds. 20 m - 3.15 seconds. 30 m - 4.12 seconds.

Hello mate, I think with sprinting it’s really just repetition at max effort. Take long enough breaks for full recovery and go for it!

Hey, great video bro! You really nailed it. But just reminder for everyone here, The key to Prem is not just passing that standard, but being able to do it over and over (repeat) for many times in a single match. So endurance and consistency is what differenciate pro Prem and sunday league player. And also, just passing that standard doest really mean that a player "good enough" for prem. Let's say the standard for Prem is score 6 out of 10. That doesnt mean average Prem players's scores are 6, but it is just the standard. Maybe mostly Prem players are way above that standard (let's say average are on 8,5). So a person who could get 7 score might passed the Prem standard, but still below average Prem players (8,5). Anyway, really great video bro!

I had the garmin app because I used to own a smartwatch. The bleep test was just the most downloaded one on the app store
I tried it and the 2 minute press ups is absolutely painful but it's nice to know I could finish it

U can do some sprinting training to be fast in a short distance. Do you used to doing squat? That’ll help you become more explosive.

I'm confused about the beep test, mate. When I was like 12 yo I scored once 107 on the beep test on the p.e. class. Was that test different??? Seems like the same but that ~14 score for pro players doesn't add up.

yeh there are different versions of the beep test. I did the same one he did in the vid however i could only do till lvl 10

Fitness watches dont really give an accurate resting heart rate though, especially if you wear it while sleeping.

Not criticising you at all! But I think you may have done some of the tests wrong. The plank we didn't see the position. The jump test is supposed to be a squat jump not a counter movement jump (which is what you did). I also am not sure but it seems like you may have measures some things in yards not meters, this makes a very large difference as it totals up as every 10 yards you lose one meter! I'd love to see this again with the correct procedure as I thought you smashed it! P.S. I'm a postgraduate sport scientist not a brainless Internet idiot :)

I can assure you the plank form was good, didn't I show two different angles on that? So the jump I did was different to the one Ronaldo did? Or we both did it wrong, explain the differences please. Appreciate it mate, glad you enjoyed it!

@@lotgriff the plank looked good from the above angle but obviously I don't know if the hips sank either way was a solid plank from what I could see! After watching the Ronaldo doc again I realised I was wrong. I believed it was a squat jump, where you start in a lower position and its pure upward force. Instead it was as you did which is a counter movement jump, allowing the stretch shortening cycle of the muscles to greater utilised explosive power. Other procedural measures were as I said before you may well have conducted them correctly! Also as previously said well done, I loved the video, keep it up

The average possession in American football is at least 20 seconds, during which time you have multiple 300 pound guys trying to take your life, you have to outrun multiple defenders at once who are allowed to literally give you a concussion, and you can barely see out of your helmet. the average NFL player runs a 4.2 second 40 or faster, has a 40 inch vertical, can bench twice their own body weight and can run a 5 minute mile. Please educate yourself

@@tylerrolfe8516 not to mention that your “break” is generally 30 seconds or less, and every time you start again your body is undergoing tons of impact stress and you’re never able to go less than full speed. We both watch premier league, then we both know 75% of the time players off the ball are literally jogging or even standing in place.

@@tylerrolfe8516 those are merely factors that contribute to them having to have an extremely high level of fitness because of required reaction time, dexterity, acceleration, propriocetion etc. again, look at the average numbers for an NFL player (40 yard dash, mile time, bench and squat, etc.) vs a premier league player and I PROMISE you the NFL numbers will shock you in comparison. It is not even close, premier league players obviously have to have good endurance but they get plenty of “breaks” being able to jog or even stand around more than half the time and they really aren’t generally required to be very strong or nearly as fast as an NFL player.
