I'm from Brazil and i listen to Stryper in the morning,in the afternoon,at night,everyday,they are my favorite musicians,when you listem to them play and sing the words,you feel it in your heart,their songs have true meaning and rhythm,that is for sure!!!

My brother went to see this Christian hard rock band when they played in Orange County, CA, probably around this time. He came back with stories of them of how they threw little Bibles into the audience. He was definitely more of a rocker than a Christian and said they were the real deal. I remember looking up the Bible verse that inspired their name, "By His stripes (bruises or wounds) we are healed" and getting goose bumps. And how about the title " To Hell With the Devil"? It was actually brave and countercultural back then and still is to a certain degree.

Stryper has represented the love of Jesus Christ for over 35 years. They have undoubtedly shown that the only way to the Father is through the Son, Jesus the Christ. Just like Romans 10: 9-10 says 'Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and you shall be saved'.

As the OLD STRYPER President of the Philadelphia, PA Chapter of the Fan Club, THINK ABOUT THIS..,.IT WAS SOOOO HARD to "make it" back then. So STRYPER,an up and coming band at this point in time, is tossing out to the fans 200-300 mini Stryper Bibles (OLD TESTAMENT at this time) . They did NOT sell them at shows, they DID NOT sell them signed (secret....Robert lived upstairs at the Stryper HQ in Cypress, CA if you wrote them they always responded and if youvsent them photos theyvwould send them back signed along with mlittel newsletter, personalized letters..I got TUNZ of them....) THEY WERE TOSSING FREE BIBLES EVERY SHOW UNTO THE CROWD. THAT in itself adds up. Theyvdid it for FREE!!!!!!! IF ANYONE thinks they did this fir the money, YOU ARE INSANE. THEY LOST money in the beginning. THEY, AS THEY DO TO THIS VERY DAY ARE REAL AS REAL CAN BE. BTW I JUST GOT DONE SEEING AND HANGING WITH MY FRIENDS.
