Kudos to Michael for sticking by his beliefs despite all the flak and negative criticism he gets from others in an industry that promotes anti-Christian, hedonistic behavior. May God continue to bless him, his family and his musical ministry.

Legend is one of the most abused words of the English language but this man is a TRUE LEGEND of Christian music across all styles.

Stryper is not a ministry. It is a business. It's what they chose to do to make a living. They do not represent what God's word teaches how a born again believer should be an ambassador for Jesus Christ. Stryper represents the spirit of antichrist because he believes in a religious concept of what man says God is and not what God said he is in his word. He doesn't believe God's word exist.

Funny I listen to bands like Dokken,Queensryche with Geoff Tate,Ratt,so many from the 80's singers cant sing anymore then you get a class act guy like Michael Sweet who gives all the Glory to Jesus Christ and then ask ourselves why can he still sing so awesome? It should be a no brainer.

AND THE SHOW WAS VIDEO TAPED AS WELL THE OPENING BAND WAS MASS THE CONCERT WAS HELD ON JUNE 2ND 2017 !!!!!! As a devout Atheist. I can honestly Say Stryper Rocks simply for their talent. The harmonies the energy is awesome. I even play an acoustic version of "First Love" My band has done covers of 2 other Stryper tunes. Seen them live in Detroit. I'm also a big Fan of another Religious band called Petra. Amazing talent. To me this is not a god thing, it's just a great experience.

STRYPER IS AWESOME !! BUT FIRST UP CHRISTIANITY ISNT A RELIGION IT IS A FAITH SYSTEM RELIGION OFTEN GETS CONFUSED WITH CHRISTIANITY IT IS TRICKY DUE TO A FINE LINE BETWEEN THEM AND YES STRYPER'S TALENT HAS A LOT TO DO WITH THEIR SUCCESS AS WELL AS THEIR MESSAGE AND STRONG FAITH YOU BEING AN ATHIEST MAY WISH TO RECONSIDER GAINING FAITH IN CHRIST BECAUSE LIFE IS SHORT AND IT IS BETTER TO BE SAFE THEN SORRY IT IS LIKE HAVING LIFE INSURANCE AND PROTECTION THINK ABOUT IT FOR A WHILE IS ALL I AM SAYING BUT YEAH STRYPER IS AWESOME !!!

He's always trying to be salt and light in the world not in church.

God gives us our musical and whatever abilities;but what he doesn't give us is the freedom to ignore his instruction or spiritual correction. Pride is the thing that defeats us and leads us astray the most. It leads away from god and his holy will and word. and now many years later;the band is doing what they want to do and not what God has wanted them to do. They have left the gospel behind;and are doing their own personal will. God does not reward that. The end times are here;and we have to stand firm in the faith;and not give in to peer pressure and other distractions and lead us away from God and salvation. We got to make the choice to serve willingly. People will mock you;and taunt you;but only the faithful in Christ will survive through the blood that was shed for us. We can't allow satanists or any other influences get us away from doing God's holy will and word. But joining forces with satan followers and mockers of God and Jesus Christ will not get you to heaven;or win any believers for Christ as you were called to do;try to win souls for the Lord through music. Following the ways of the world doesn't work;and won't get ya back home to God and Jesus Christ.

The fact that he thinks that he can associate with know satanists and others that reject God and Christ's instruction is mocking him;and rejecting the Lord. We cannot serve both God and manmon-which is money in our language. Mike Sweet has placed popularity and album sales first place in his life;and that is contrary to God's holy word and will. God needs to be first place in our lives;not second fiddle. He is telling the world that he's changed;but yet still continues to head bang;make albums with satanists;and then the worse put an album out with the cover of God's powerful and well known name;and then put "Fallen". This is Mockery and Blasphemy of the Lord and Jesus Christ'in the very nature being God. I can only pray for him and the band;and their families. The rest is up to him. But i am on here to warn everyone not to follow him and satan. Before we fully support someone;make sure you know more about them in depth. Don't just jump on the band wagon just because someone is nice. There's alot of nice people in hell already;and bidding for more.

Jimmy Swaggert..seriously? You have to get into a bible based church. That's the first step. the second is realizing that you are a sinner that you need Christ to get to heaven;and without him you're lost and going to hell. The next step is acceptance and then following in obedience-they Stryper have not followed in obedience. Swaggert is like Joel Olsteen. Hearts far away from God's.
