Geoffrey This untethered philosophy is key, I have through your videos understood that I needed to untethered my outcome. My wife and I are separated for 3 months now and we are in the process of reconciliation, she is having a hard time believing my changes because of her emotional insecurity; but instead of acting insecure, I have been asking more questions to better understand her and learn more about her. Time and patience is key and really wanting to change for yourself is the outcome to focus on, thank you for giving me the tools to be better.

Exactly what your words is exactly what I’m going through! It’s tough and truly, how bad do you want it? My ex literally told me the 2 days ago. She said “I tried for 7 years, how long have you been at this?” Harsh realities.

I actually have a zoom meeting today, I just want to be a better person in life. I don’t want to be who I was this time two years ago, I just want to be a better person

Omg I finally became Untethered after 3weeks in the program I doubled down on the Urgency Illusion and Victim Mindset and finally yesterday I realized how Untethered I became regardless of her mood and she reciprocates happiness. And when it hit me I'm like shit I'm becoming super Untethered that I don't care about the outcome now I'm just trying to apply it to so many other things and I'm having better interactions with everyone around me at work or just people anywhere I go but I don't get complacent I keep working on it all day because I'm afraid to go back to the tethered me

Hi Geoffrey, I too work with men, and I am based in India. Learnt a lot from this video. Thank you for all the insights. I fully agree with the concept of untetheredness. I call it Active Surrender.

How about hope in outcome? Is it ok to have hope in x or y outcome, even communicate hope or should u kill all hope in order to become untethered?

I have listened to all your content many times for 6 months now, I feel I understand it all and I have improved myself and changed myself a lot. So much so that it comes naturally to me now and so much that I repeatedly overwhelm myself in situations where I had previously reacted differently. My ex and I broke up almost 1 year ago, we have two kids and we have regular contact. She tells me that she can see my changes but that she has no feelings for me and only sees me as a nice friend. I would very much like to have her back and I am slowly working on making her feel safe and secure again. I listen to her a lot. She says she is not used to me not reacting "defensively" when she tells me something that would make me angry or sad in the past. I understand where her feelings come from and what I have done in the past. She says she believes in my changes but it's too late and that she's feeling bad about the idea that we should be together again. She just wants to be alone she says. I love and believe in the new version of myself and I am 100% sure my ex would love to be with the person I am now. It is my opinion that deep down she does not quite believe in my changes yet. Can you tell me if I'm on the right track and just need to keep going. I have a belief it can be done to get her home again, even if it's hard when she seems cold and she says she feels nothing for me. Is it at all possible to feel nothing after a relationship of 16 years and 2 children ??? Thank you for all your content. What you say makes so much sense and is very useful

Yes, you are on the right track. But many fail to realize just how high of mastery you must achieve to break through confirmation bias and paradox of change. Most feel like they are level 5 or even level 10, but it requires growing to level 50 in order to breakthrough for your partner to not only SEE your changes, but to let go and really want to FEEL them.

At what point in this process would you ask her: if what she said in the beginning, she wanted change not going back to what was, but her actions in filing shows otherwise. Is she true to her word? The changes are for me and self growth, discipline and being constant/dependable and reliable with my processes.

I've been listening to these amazing videos and been working on myself. I was giving my wife space, and working on myself. I thought I was seeing progress when my soon to be ex wife and I got physical and started flirt texting. But she says it's because she's lonely, I let her know that during our separation I did mess up and talk to other girls, she said that made her loose hope. We still kept talking, but she started letting me know she didn't want to give me false hope. This situation started a couple of weeks ago, and now she tells me she's talking to someone else. I don't know what's going on?

Hi Miguel Flores, This is all TBU "True But Useless". How does any of this in this comment help with the doing the one things that matters?... Making yourself irreplaceable. Instead shift your focus on asking me the right questions about your growth and the questions you may have on bettering yourself.

First of all my friend why are you in a long distance relationship and why did you make that girl number 1 on your team? She should be 3-4 on your team after your other girls. Coach EO and The Saint and the sinner have a lot of educational videos on managing your female.
