Strudel with phyllo dough sheets is very quick and easy to prepare. The filling can be anything. This roll has a lot of cherry filling, be sure to try it.
Recipe
For one roll you will need 3 pieces of phyllo sheet:
Frozen cherries - 450g
Sugar - 180g
Corn starch - 2 tbsp.
Butter - 100g
Breadcrumbs
Egg - 1 piece
Bake for 20 - 25 minutes at a temperature of 190 degrees. Sprinkle the cooled roll with powdered sugar.
