How have I never seen this before?! This is an awesome video of a variety of Strongman sharing tips of their diets. This just motivates me more and more to keep on eating and bulking the right way. March 2020 before quarantine, I was 150lbs. As of right now July 2021, I am almost 190lbs :) majority muscle. Still got visible abs, veins, vascularity, everything.

Haftor has the viggest muscle mass in sttongman hsitory, he had visible abs at 180kg +, and 10.00 calories was his peak diet coming into a contest. There is no way eddie ate 12K on a daily basis.
