I suggest we call it Distributed-Clustered-Connected Leadership. Distributed in a sense that processes are Deming style, Senge/System Thinking defined, Socio-Technical theory enabled. Clustered, Kazuo Inamori's Amoeba Management, Theory of Constraints/POOGI coordinated, Transparency, Aligned to achieve Flow/Purpose Connected in a sense that there is Syndicate style sharing of business intelligence/challenges/experiences/solutions, whilst at the same B2B Distributed-2-Distributed collaboration.
Brilliant! Would be very interested to learn more about systems which cultivate or at least do not prevent problem-solving culture.
