Stronger than ever | ASMR Mega hard massage by strong Maria
This video is made for educational purposes. It was filmed in Sochi. The specialists name is Maria (inst @maria_massage_sochi) and it's my second visit to her. This session was longer and probably even tougher than the previous one. It included a strong healing massage, a lot of stretching and some chiropractic adjustments. During the session Maria is describing her actions and sharing some useful information with us. At the end of the video I shared my opinion on the session.

Я один раз чисто по приколу сходил на массаж к подобной женщине-массажисту. Сказать, что я офигел - ничего не сказать. Никогда бы не подумал, что в женских руках может быть столько силы. Она меня тягала как котёнка и мяла как тесто, я думал, что в итоге будет колобок)) но это было кайфово))

I think this is one of the best massages you've received on this channel. It seems like Maria is actually giving a deep and purposeful massage rather than performing theatrics for the camera. Great video as usual :) Edit: 1:04:10 Timur taking a yoga class would be an amazing video lmao

Maria and Victoria are probably my two favourites from this channel. They're both super skilled, have great techniques, and soothing voices.
One of, if not the best. She's so knowledgeable and seems to have techniques which would actually provide relief.

One of the best. You can tell she knows her stuff. So many of these practicioners think cracks/pain mean whatever they're doing is working. No knowledge of anatomy or even common sense, just pseudoscience and parlor tricks.

Ну идиотский же критерий для того, чтобы решить, профи человек или нет. Как вы всерьез можете так считать? Вы что, правда думаете, что нельзя уверенно нести полную околесицу и ересь? Самое непонятное, почему таких, как вы, так много. Ширнармпссы на этом основании решают, что врач профи, и советуют его всем. А там может быть любой профан, даже прямо полный ноль, просто совести нет, а язык подвешен хорошо. Чаще всего именно полный ноль и оказывается.

@@krysomish сам я скептически отношусь к массажистам и костоправам так как они не имеют мед. образования. Я мало верю в пользу массажей и правок. Но похоже этот мастер знает как минимум анатомию человека.

@@AntiChrist5179 костоправство и правда штука не очень внушающая доверия, но массажи сами по себе полезны растягивают мышцы-гоняют лимфу- а чего только стоят антицеллюлитные массажи ( какие там результаты колоссальные) но к сожалению работает это все только в комплексе с различными тренировками или другими процедурами, и это надо делать постоянно

@@AntiChrist5179 у меня сколиоз был и я ходила к массажисту в моей поликлинике, потому как у меня была мигрень и меня на лечение отправили, то есть витамины кололи и током голову массажировала и ещё что-то, и после массажа у меня реально спина стала ровнее. Казалось бы гладят да гладят, но спина то выравнилась! Да, эффект временный, ибо нужно укреплять мышцы, чем я и последующие годы занималась, стараюсь следить за осанкой и теперь у меня сколиоз прошёл.
О как я ждал еще раз с ней сеанс на камеру!))
