Strong Arm for an Ailing Shoulder

Since I hurt my should last week, I've been having to figure out some work arounds. In centering clay, a potter uses lots of muscle power from the shoulders and arms. I have "Strong Arm" tool that helps with centering and opening the clay. This type of tool was first used in the 19th century, and is very helpful today!
